EXAMS will be written from FRIDAY, Jan. 24 to Wednesday, Jan. 29 – EXAMS start at 8:30 a.m. sharp!!
Students will NOT be excused for vacation during EXAM PERIODS.
- If any WRDSB buses are cancelled or secondary schools are closed in any geographical areas of the Waterloo Region (Kitchener, Waterloo, Baden, Elmira, Cambridge) the exam schedule in all secondary schools will be postponed.
- If a severe weather event occurs, all exams will be “shifted” one day (i.e. the exam schedule for January 24, 2020 would be shifted to January 27).
- School buses will pick up students in the morning at regular times on exam days but DEPART at 12:30pm from JHSS as there are morning exams only on January 24, 27, 28 and 29. No regular school buses will run on Thursday, January 30 and Friday, January 31 – PD Day, no school for all students.
- Special Education buses will follow the usual schedule on Jan. 24, 27, 28, 29 and 30.
