The Region of Waterloo Public Health in conjunction with the Waterloo Region District School Board requires students to be up-to-date with immunizations as of March 24, 2020.

The Region of Waterloo Public Health has completed mailing notifications to parents whose child/children are not up-to-date with their immunization records.

Parents or students are able to submit immunization records online here or call Public Health at 519-570-0003 x5001.
