January 4th, 2021

Based on direction from the Ministry of Education, starting January 4th, our secondary students will begin the new year learning remotely from home and our schools will be closed to students during this time.

Please note that there are significant differences in this lockdown compared to the Spring of 2020. Students will engage in both synchronous and asynchronous learning from 8:05 am to 1:50 pm daily as outlined by their course teachers. Secondary school students, previously attending school in-person, are scheduled to return to in-person learning on January 25, 2021. We will continue to follow our Quadmester Two Calendar and JHSS Daily Schedule.

Course 1 teachers will be reaching out to their students today, Monday Jan 4th, to provide clarity for learning going forward and Course 2 teachers will connect with their students on Wed. Jan. 6th.
