Hey, Hawks!
Since most of our classes have been taking daily walks to stay active, why not put that energy into a great cause! The Futures Forum class is walking to raise money for a Syrian refugee family who was separated six years ago by war. The Crossing Borders Hope Foundation has a goal of raising $30,000 to bring this family back together. They have almost reached their goal Hawks, and we can help get them the rest of the way to reunite this family in Canada permanently.
We’re challenging every Hawk to walk 10 km over the next week and to donate whatever you can to the Crossing Borders Hope Foundation. Every step you take and every donation you make, matters, whether it be a dollar or a hundred. Let’s walk for a cause!
