As the School Immunization program was interrupted during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Region of Waterloo is collaborating with schools to provide Secondary School students easy access to catch up on their publicly funded vaccines at their schools. Public Health will be holding these clinics at JHS on Monday, April 24th, and Tuesday, April 25th for JHS students only.

Click here for more information and for the consent form that needs to be completed ahead of the clinic.  The consent form will be closed 24 hours in advance of our clinic – If your child’s school is not on the list, the form has been closed. Please send a signed note with your child on the day of their clinic, indicating which vaccines you are consenting to.

Vaccines offered are:

· Meningococcal (Men-ACYW-135)

· Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (TDAP)

· COVID-19
