Parents/Guardians and caregivers are invited to the JHSS Meet the Teacher Night, which will be held in the Cafeteria. and both Gyms. Teachers, Counsellors, Administrators, and other staff will be available to speak with you about the progress of your child.
Thursday, October 16, 2025 – 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

October 2025 Meet the Teacher map
Purposes of conferences:
- to discuss your child’s learning
- to set goals together for learning
- to address issues that impact your child’s learning at school and at home, and
- to provide information about your child’s progress
Teachers will share information about how your student is doing in school and what is being done to help your student learn. You are encouraged to share information that might help the teacher better understand your student’s learning needs.
Please be considerate of others and keep your conversation with the teacher to 5 minutes or less. Thank you.
If you have any mobility needs, please contact the main office ahead of time.
Students are welcome to attend the conference with you.
