Dear Graduating Students and Parents/Guardians of Graduating Students,

As you prepare to leave secondary school, please ensure that your Student Chromebook and charger are returned to the school as well as any other school items.

Time to return Chromebooks:

Chromebooks and their charging cords are the property of the Waterloo Region District School Board and must be returned upon graduation, or upon leaving the WRDSB. Students graduating this year may return their Chromebook, charger, and/or any other school items on Monday, June 28th, and Tuesday, June 29th from 8 am-2 pm.  Please come to the main entrance wearing a mask and ring the doorbell.

Chromebooks are to be returned regardless of their condition. Chromebooks that are not returned will be disabled by WRDSB Information Technology Services.

Google Accounts:

Students graduating this year or who are leaving the WRDSB will have their Google Drive and email accounts closed over the summer. It’s recommended that students back up all documents and emails to their personal drive/accounts before the end of the semester. Apps such as Google Takeout can make this process easier.
