Thank you Hawks for a fantastic year. We hope you all have a wonderful summer and we can’t wait to see you in September. Here is some important information:

REPORT CARDS
Report cards will be available for pick up from July 9th – July 11th from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm in the main office.

STUDENT SCHEDULES
Student schedules will be emailed to all students during the week of August 26th.

BUS INFORMATION
Transportation details for the 2024/2025 school year will be available on Monday, August 19, 2024, via the STSWR Parent Portal for students in SK-Grade 12. Eligible students are automatically assigned transportation for September 2024 on August 19, 2024, using the home address on the student’s school records when registered at school, and therefore you do not need to register them for the bus.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
The first day of school is Wednesday, September 4, 2024.

GRADUATES & STUDENTS NOT RETURNING
Students leaving the WRDSB (including graduates & students changing schools) are encouraged to use a tool like Google Takeout to transfer their Google Workspace files to a personal account before June 29, 2024. Google Accounts for non-returning students will be disabled on June 29, 2024. ACCOUNTS CAN NOT BE REINSTATED THEY WILL BE COMPLETELY REMOVED. Please bring your Chromebook to the main office July 2nd – 11th between 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
