Meet the Teacher is from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
If you are a parent of a Grade 10 or 11 student and would like to learn more about pathways after high school, please join us at 5:30 pm in the Library for a half hour presentation hosted by our Guidance Team.
Parents/Guardians are invited to the JHSS Meet the Teacher Night which will be held in East and West Gyms. Teachers, Counselors, Administrators, and other staff will be available to speak with you about the progress of your student. Please see below for the map to locate teachers.

Purposes of conferences:
- to discuss your child’s learning
- to set goals together for learning
- to address issues that impact your child’s learning at school and at home, and
- to provide information about your child’s progress
Teachers will share information about how your student is doing in school and what is being done to help your student learn. You are encouraged to share information that might help the teacher better understand your student’s learning needs.
Please be considerate of others and keep your conversation with the teacher to 5 minutes or less. Thank you.
Students are welcome to attend the conference with you.
If accessible parking is needed, please park at the back of the school and enter the building through the gym doors.
