Registering your child with the WRDSB

Planning to register your child in the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) for the 2023-24 school year? You can start the registration process through our online form.
To allow schools time to process registrations, please submit your registration as early as possible. Schools will be open to the public for registration appointments after August 28, 2023. Pre-submitting your registration online will simplify the registration process.

Already a student with the WRDSB?

If your child is currently a WRDSB student and is switching schools within the district, please contact the school your student will attend after August 28 for further instructions.

New to Canada?

Our International Admissions Office is open Monday through Thursday during the summer. Email us at international@wrdsb.ca once your child is living in Waterloo Region to start your registration process.
